With less than 10 weeks to go until I embark on the epic Husky sled challenge training is continuing. Wonder how you train for this type of thing?
To be fair it’s a bit of everything. A mix of strength training, Cardio and some fun stuff too. Monday’s is Boxercise, Tuesday a Spin session and some PT strength training, Wednesday is Boxfit, Thursday more strength plus cardio and when Friday comes along it’s either a run or if it warms up a bit I get out on my bike for a few miles.
Weekends are rest days as I’m not getting any younger!!
